• The ERMES Club card is issued by and remains the property of ERMES DEPARTMENT STORES Plc.
  • Participation in the ERMES Club loyalty scheme is open to persons aged 16 or older.
  • You can become a member by filling in the application form and therefore enjoy the rights or benefits offered by ERMES Club. For every acceptable purchase of € 1 the cardholder will be credited with 1 point. The till receipt will display the points earned at each purchase.
  • In order to collect points, the cardholder must present the card or personal ID number or phone number at the point of sale (for British Sovereign Bases members points can only be collected with the presentation of the card). No points can be claimed after the purchase.
  • Redemption of points is permitted only with the presentation of the ERMES Club card and the cardholder’s personal ID
    (or British Sovereign Bases members points can only be
    collected with the presentation of the card, any proof of identification is required).
  • Points can not be transferred or exchanged from one card account to another.
  • The ERMES Club card cannot be used as a means of
    payment or cheque guarantee.
  • Points can only be redeemed with gift vouchers. Points or
    gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or other
    financial benefits.
  • ERMES DEPARTMENT STORES Plc reserves the right to cancel, change the terms or conditions (of part or the entire scheme)
    at any time without notice.
  • Any adjustments or modifications will be announced to the
    public inside the stores and Department stores of ERMES Group.
